On behalf of River of Art, thank you to the Judges and to Eurobodalla Shire Council for championing these business awards and for the acknowledgement of the important contribution that arts and culture make to our region.

Congratulations to all the finalists, we’re in exceptional company. It’s a privilege to be part of such a vibrant and creative arts community here in the Eurobodalla.

For 22 years, River of Art has connected artists, audiences and communities through creativity. In 2025, the Festival contributed more than $10 million to the local visitor economy, demonstrating that investment in the arts delivers not only cultural benefits, but real economic outcomes for our region.

Recognition must also be given to the River of Art Team – a dedicated group of volunteers who year on year contribute countless hours behind the scenes in unpaid roles providing skill, support, road miles and often covering out of pocket expenses.  In a challenging funding environment, they continue to adapt, innovate and create opportunities for artists and audiences alike.

A huge thank you also to the artists who without we’d have no purpose, to the supporters, sponsors and donors who see the value in bodies that support the arts and understands the role they play in building a vibrant, connected and prosperous community, your championing is invaluable.
