That’s Where You’ll Find Me
The idea for That’s Where You’ll Find Me came from a series of photographs, taken in 2020, of some of the artist’s favourite spaces around the area she lives and works, in the South Coast of NSW. The project grew into 120 single format drawings, referencing the snapshot origins of the work while exploring themes of small-town bigness and the intersection of human activity and natural spaces.
This body of work was originally intended for exhibition at the splendid Mechanics Institute in Moruya, however, the 2021 NSW lockdown prevented it from being shown in person. For context in a digital format, the works have been placed into some of the spaces around the Eurobodalla Shire that inspired their creation.
A multidisciplinary artist with a particular love of pencil, line-work, and portraiture. A member of Eurobodalla’s creative community in the South Coast of NSW, where she lives and works as an artist and arts administrator.
