RIVER OF ART PRIZE OPEN!
Artists from across Australia and the South Coast are invited to enter the 2024 River of Art Prize, part of Eurobodalla’s unique, annual arts festival.
The Prize offers a platform for artists to portray any vision or subject and can cross all mediums from painting, watercolour, mixed media, pencil or sculpture and photography.
Entries close on Thursday August 8, with the launch of the finalists’ exhibition and an awards ceremony on September 27, marking the start of the Festival’s two week program. Entries can be lodged via the online application form.
Keep your program entries coming!
We’re delighted with entries so far for the River of Art Festival. Check the program so see how its growing.
We look forward to an exciting program of events for the 2024 Arts Trail that also coincides with our 20th Birthday!
Inclusion in the Program, also referred to as the Arts Trail, is open for all artists, makers, performers, musicians and venues in the Eurobodalla shire.
Please submit your entry through our online form. Note that the closing date for entries is 19 July 2024. Be early so we can list and promote your event in the program as soon as possible.
Get involved in the Festival
The River of Art Festival would not be possible without our army of dedicated and generous volunteers.
Volunteering is a great way to experience the Festival. We’d love some volunteers to help with event organisation, artist liaison, invigilating exhibitions, or promotions. There’s lots to do already as the program develops, or we could use your help during the Festival in September-October.
The Festival is the largest regional arts festival in southern New South Wales. For 11 days in 2024 we celebrate creativity with a diverse program of events between Durras and Batemans Bay to Bermagui.
If you would like to get involved, please contact volunteer@riverofart.com.au.
