The River of Art Inc. regrets to announce that Leanne Joyce has stepped down after four years of dedicated service, including three as Chair. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Leanne for her unwavering commitment, passion, and leadership, which have been instrumental in shaping the Festival into the vibrant celebration of arts and culture that it is today. Her expertise and dedication have left a lasting impact, and we sincerely thank her for her contributions to our creative community.

We invite all artists, volunteers, partners, and supporters to join us in thanking Leanne for her contribution.

Stepping in as the Interim Chair is Corin Rossouw, who has been Co-Chair for the past two years and a valued member of the committee for three. Corin will continue the role in leading a skilled and enthusiastic committee to deliver an inspiring and engaging program for our community.

The 2025 River of Art Festival, running from Friday 26 September to Monday 6 October, promises to be a dynamic celebration of creativity, showcasing diverse artists, interactive experiences, and a renewed focus on inclusivity and innovation.

Building on past successes and further enhancing our contribution to the arts and culture sector, we look forward to unveiling our program in the coming months and welcoming everyone to experience the magic of this annual event, now in its 21st year.
