Promotion details

This information will be used to describe your event on the River of Art website, social media, and any other relevant advertising.

Please submit at least two quality images (jpg or png files) that River of Art can use to promote your event.

River of Art will use facebook and instagram to promote festival events. These details are not mandatory, but the more information you provide the more social media promotion we can offer. If you provide a public facebook page (the artists’ or thevenue/business), that page will be invited to co-host the facebook event.

Running a ticketed event? Please note a minimum of 10% of gross ticketing revenue is to be paid to River of Art Inc as a contribution to the costs of festival promotion and administration.
