    You will know this has happened when you are taken to a new page with a message thanking you for expressing your interest.

    These details will be used to describe your event across all River of Art promotions.

  • List the date/s and time/s for each occurrence of your event. Please include a start and end time for each.

  • Promotion details

    This information will be used to describe your event on the River of Art website, social media, and any other relevant advertising.
  • This will be used as the basis for a desciption of your event on the River of Art website.
  • Digital images

    Please submit at least two quality images (jpg or png files) that River of Art can use to promote your event.
  • Minimum image size is 1748 x 2480 pixels, and the file size should be no larger that 2 MB. You may also provide a link to a YouTube video of your work and/or working in your studio (duration 1-2 mins)

    • Social media details

      River of Art will use facebook and instagram to promote festival events. These details are not mandatory, but the more information you provide the more social media promotion we can offer. If you provide a public facebook page (the artists’ or thevenue/business), that page will be invited to co-host the facebook event.
    • Contact details (not for publication)

      This information will only be used by the River of Art Inc to contact you directly if necessary including to clarify any issues relating your Festival entry.
    • I acknowledge and accept the River of Art Festival program entry terms and conditions attached to this form. I agree that the material provided (apart from contact details) can be published.

    • Running a ticketed event? Please note a minimum of 10% of gross ticketing revenue is to be paid to River of Art Inc as a contribution to the costs of festival promotion and administration.
