Pink Cube Gallery, Oyster Festival 2022

The River of Art’s Pink Cube Gallery is a distinctive hot pink moveable art space in a converted shipping container.

The Pink Cube is available for use by arts and cultural organisations throughout the Eurobodalla and surrounding regions.

The Cube debuted at the 2022 Narooma Oyster Festival with a presentation of the 2021 River of Art finalists and live mural painting by @happydecay.

The Cube then showcased local Indigenous Artists at The Big Day Out in Mogo, and at our own Luminous, Art After Dark River of Art Festival in Moruya in September 2022. Since then it has been a regular at community events throughout the Eurobodalla and in it’s resting place located at The Old Cheese Factory Bodalla.

Community Use or POP UP GALLERY in situ

This distinctive, mobile, multi use arts space is ready to go, just transport, plug into a powered site for interior power and lighting. Works can be hung with the installed gallery hanging system or bring in your own interior displays. The container is approx 6m long x 2.3m wide. For details please contact us.

Apply to use or hire

Organisations may hire the gallery for art displays at events across the Eurobodalla region.

Not-for-profit organisations may apply to use the Cube at no cost for not for profit events; however, transportation fees will apply and are charged at a per-kilometre rate. A security deposit is required along with a copy of your $20m min public liability insurance certificate.  

All artists are welcome to apply for gallery hire. Artists listed in the River of Art Directory are eligible for a discounted hire rate. Public liability and security deposits are required.
