The River of Art Festival is held over ten days every year in September to showcase the diversity of artists and art forms on the South Coast of NSW.
The 2023 Festival is on 15-24 September with stall holder applications invited for the celebratory closing event, Luminous: Celebrating Place, 23 September at the Moruya Showgrounds. Hours of service are from 4pm to 9pm.
Luminous brings the local community and visitors together to celebrate the beautiful South Coast region, its art, produce, environment and culture. This event is a a multi-arts celebration featuring visual, tactile and performance artists, digital and immersive art projections, music across two stages and food and market laneway.
Please note:
- Fees are for a powered or unpowered site only, stallholders will need to provide a marquee and any infrastructure, including lighting for service and pack down
- Luminous is a cashless event. Please ensure you can accept electronic payments. Cash may be accepted at your discretion
- We particularly encourage stalls with high quality, fresh local produce and/or locally produced goods
- River of Art is striving to reduce landfill and non-recyclable plastics. Please indicate how you can help and letting us know what type of packaging you use on the application form.
