This body of work responds to the program Greta is participating in this year. The Sharing Stories Arts Exchange, which focuses on building positive relationships between Canberra and nearby regional Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities.
Greta is exploring weaving as a methodology, inspired by the First Nations tradition of weaving and Weaving Circles.
She has taken photos during her time on Yuin Country this year, screenprinted them on paper, and woven them together to create artworks. This series highlights her experience of listening, connecting with people, and the interwoven histories and stories shared throughout the year.
