Award-winning sculptor Craig Rowlands will present his solo exhibition, WEATHERED, at Mane & Tales Studio, Bermagui.
Opening Sunday 4 October, 4–6pm, the exhibition brings together a body of sculptural work exploring time, endurance and the subtle changes that occur slowly, almost imperceptibly, over time.
Craig’s practice is grounded in making, materials and the passage of time.
WEATHERED reflects his interest in the marks, textures and transformations created through exposure, use and persistence.
Originally from New Zealand and now based on the far South Coast, Craig has exhibited widely and was recently recognised with the Emerging Artist Award at Sculpture in the Vineyards, Wollombi Valley Sculpture Festival.
WEATHERED runs from 4 October–13 November at Mane Tales Studio, Bermagui.
