Lizette Richards

My artistic practice as a silversmith revolves around the exploration of precious metals, casting techniques, and often the incorporation of natural objects. Through my work, I aim to create intricate and visually captivating pieces that reflect the beauty and harmony found in the natural world.
By combining the timeless elegance of silver with the organic forms of natural objects, I seek to capture the essence of nature’s delicate balance. Each piece I create is meticulously crafted, paying attention to every detail and ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship.
Through the process of casting, I am able to preserve the unique textures and shapes of natural objects, such as gumnuts, twigs, or shells, in precious metals. This technique allows me to create one-of-a-kind pieces that celebrate the inherent beauty of these natural elements.
My work explores precious metals and the wonders of the natural world as well as other designs.
