My name is Dave Ramsland and I have been painting since I was a child. I prefer to use oils but have also produced works in acrylics, watercolours, pen and ink and mixed media, to name a few. My subject matter usually focuses on traditional sea and land scapes and I also enjoy plein air work, but I have also produced many abstract pieces to inspire my creative interests.
In about 2017, we built a studio and gallery at our property on Burri Road at Malua Bay, to create room for my love of painting and my creative endeavours. It is set amongst our lovely gardens and has become a space where I can create, store and display my artworks as well as welcome artist friends and others to share in my craft.
