David is a contemporary visual artist living and working in Bermagui on Djiringanj Country of the Yuin Nation. His interests lie in the space where history meets the contemporary. This may be in natural formations or in humankind’s attempts to tame nature, which have failed time and again. Paintings contain an element of ambiguity to tilt your senses off balance, ensuring you spend more time delving into the resonances of what is before you as a viewer.
