On the corner of Barrakee and Wirreanda at Long Beach, you will find some amazing eclectic art by award-winning artist Adrienne Conway—ranging from giant acrylic wave scapes to tiny miniature watercolours in subtle hues. Also, you will find bold abstracts incorporating discarded and found objects, landscapes, seascapes, inks on canvas and a variety of mixed media pieces. She is currently working on a series she calls ‘Bling’. The inspiration for this came from finding unusually designed jewellery

“My work ranges from giant acrylic wave scapes to tiny miniature watercolours in subtle hues. It also includes landscapes, seascapes, bold abstracts, multimedia pieces incorporating discarded and found objects and inks on big canvases.
I am currently working on a series I call ‘Bling’. The inspiration for this came from finding unusually designed jewellery pieces which I then combine with other interesting bits and pieces either under glass or on canvas.”
