Arts Directory – River of Art Terms & Conditions
- Artist Representation: I confirm that the information and content provided are accurate, original, and do not infringe on any third-party rights.
- Copyright Ownership: I retain full copyright of submitted works. However, by submitting, I grant River of Art a non-exclusive license, entirely at its discretion, to reproduce, display, and promote my work in relation to me, the artist.
- Permission for Use: I provide River of Art with permission to use submitted information and images for promotional purposes across various media, including but not limited to the event website, social media, and printed materials. I will provide appropriate image credits for all submitted images. Images provided must be of high quality for web publishing purposes.
- Indemnification: I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless River of Art, its organisers, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from content supplied or any breach of these terms, including but not limited to infringement of intellectual property rights or inaccurate information.
- I understand that River of Art may decide at its discretion whether or not to include my listing, or to cancel my listing, and its decision is final.
- Liability Limitation: River of Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the reproduction of information supplied by artists.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with applicable laws before pursuing any legal action. These Terms and Conditions are governed by laws in New South Wales.
By supplying information to River of Art, Arts Directory, artists acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
