Join a fun, free Twirling Workshop, followed by a fire twirling performance that will dazzle audiences to uplifting music that generates warmth and hope in people’s hearts. Watch the Fiery Sirens come alive and enjoy the light show!

Hula Hoop Workshop


Come along for a fun workshop that will get you spinning hoops on all parts of your body. Everyone can hula hoop when they are shown some easy tips and the correct hoop for their size. All ages and skill levels are welcome to join and have a laugh whilst spinning out. Ritza Hoops will show the children some hoop games and the dancers a little hoop routine. You will be surprised at how much can be done with a simple hoop.

Guided Sound Healing Meditation


Experience the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls at this guided meditation. Ria Manolias of Our Highest Good will play both metal and crystal singing bowls to bring you into balance and peace. The meditation will guide you to be grounded; creative; calm; loving and increase your intuition. Everyone is welcome to simply relax and awaken their core self.
