Artisans Nest Gallery Exhibition: Layers – Remnants of the Past

Explore the old groom’s cottage at Bodalla, circa 1875, which has housed the Artisans Nest cooperative for 7 years.

Using history, architecture, crafts, textiles, buildings, nature, art, food, even transport for inspiration, the artists evoke memories of times and people gone by to bring you this eclectic exhibition of a variety of mediums including fibre, paint, mosaic, leather and vintage textiles.

River of Art Prize Exhibition & Salon de Refusés

The River of Art Prize celebrates the rich artistic life of the region, with artists from Milton to the Victorian boarder invited to enter. This annual exhibition showcases the finalists in the River of Art 2019 Art Prize, judged by a recognised panel of artists.

This year, first prize is $2,000 with $250 for the runner up and $100 for a highly commended work. The Salon de Refusés exhbition for works not shortlisted will be held concurrently in the studios directly behind the Gallery.
