After two sold-out 2018 Summer performances and a third by popular demand, Yuin artist Cheryl Davison and storyteller/songwriter Annie Bryant present Gulaga: then, now and forever, an afternoon in the Dreamtime through story, song and sharing at Central Tilba Hall. Cheryl Davison of Central Tilba, known for her exquisite paintings of her cultural landscape, will present through art and storytelling, her personal understanding of some of the stories handed down and shared over generations. Annie Bryant of Cobargo is a professional storyteller, singer and songwriter and upon the invitation of Cheryl, weaves a story written in collaboration of ‘how the white fella entered The Dreaming’. Although from very different cultural backgrounds, Cheryl and Annie share a creativity and passion for storytelling and a deep love of country. Together they bring a heartfelt understanding of our presence in this land of the Dreamtime, to present a mesmerising afternoon of sharing and connection for the whole family.
